This is Sword Art Online, one of the hottest 2020 summer anime.
After many airings since the fall of 2018, the final chapter will finally air in the summer of 2020. The original novel itself is 10 volumes long, and this will be the third installment of the anime. I think there are many people who haven't been able to check it all out yet.

People have a war between the armies of the "Human World", engulf the entire Underworld, and the dark forces in the name of the "Final Overload Experiment". The war was turning into a battle between Gabrielle's faction of the Dark Territory army, which are planning to seize Alice, the "Priestess of Light", and Asuna, and the other soldiers of the Human World, which are trying to protect the Underworld.
While Kirito was still sleeping deep in the spirit world, Gabrielle, aka the "Dark God" Vecta, was in the middle of a battle. Tens of thousands of U.S. players from the real world have logged in and are aiming for the annihilation of the "human world" army.
Asuna and others use three super-accounts named after the "God of Creation" in the Underworld to fight back. Asuna, who has gained the super-account for Stacia, the "God of Creation", fights the American players to the death with the "Human World" army. While Sinon, who has gained the super-account for Solus, the "Sun God", pursues Gabrielle who has kidnapped Alice. And Reefa, who got the super account of the "Earth God Terraria", also reached the Underworld.
That's not all. The players of "ALO" who responded to Lizbeth's spirited proclamation will take their well-trained characters and convert them to fight for the Human World!
This war is not just about the survival of the Underworld. It is also a battle for the ultimate AI, bottom-up artificial intelligence, and the future of humanity. The outcome of this war is now in the hands of a boy who lies in a deep sleep - the Black Swordsman.The final chapter of Alicization is now complete!

Sword Art Online Alicization WoU is based on the light novel by Dengeki Bunko
I hadn't actually researched the original Sword Art Online anime, although I've watched the whole anime from the beginning.
Originally, around 2002, it was written by the author, Wataru Kawahara, for the Dengeki Game Novel Grand Prize, but at the time the volume was so large that it couldn't be submitted for publication, so it was put into storage.
After that, Reki Kawahara's work was posted on his website for free until 2008, but it was just the time that Accel World , which he was working on at the time, won the Dengeki Game Nobel Award. This then led to his web-serialized work, Sword Art Online, also getting its first glimpse of light.
The novel itself has been published since 2009, and as of March 2020, there are 23 volumes on sale, and the number of copies sold in Japan alone is a startling 13 million. If you add up the world sales, it's over 20 million sales. That’s just how popular the novel is.
If we take the original story as an example, Alicization episode is included in the 9th to 18th volumes of the novel. If you're curious about the anime, you may also want to read the novel.

Production Company of The Sword Art Online Alicization WoU is A-1 Pictures
Sword Art Online Alicization War of Underworld is a series of works. I think you're probably wondering about which company will be producing the anime as well.
I checked and it looks like A-1 Pictures will continue to be in charge of this one, so it doesn't look like the picture will change or the action scenes will suddenly become disappointing. I've seen the name A-1 Pictures around a lot too. However, I've never looked into what kind of company it is, so I decided to check it out!
In 2005, Aniplex, a now famous company in the anime industry, was established for the purpose of providing a stable supply of anime content.
From the first works they worked on, they produced many popular works such as Big Windup! - Oofuri., Kannagi, and Black Butler. For the next 13 years, they continued to produce high quality works one after another, sticking to their goal of improving the company.
Recently, they have been working on quite a few popular works such as Otaku ni Koi wa Muzukuashii, The Seven Deadly Sins and Blend S.
By the way, the division of A-1 Pictures, Clover Works, which I introduced the other day, have been working on many popular anime as well.

It's been six months since the last episode of Sword Art Online Alicization War of Underworld broadcasted. I can't wait to see the full story because it's pretty amazing stuff!
Sinon, who came to the rescue in the last episode, and all the characters who have supported Kirito so far, gather in this season. It's going to be a series of exciting developments to mark the final chapter, and I'm looking forward to the broadcast now.
Sword Art Online Alicization, one hour episode 1 was great! (thoughts of the first season)
I just watched the first episode of Sword Art Online Alicization, and the content was so rich from the start that I don't think I can talk about all of it in a half hour, but it was a fantastic first episode.
Time went by really fast as I tried to grasp the situation of the world where this episode takes place and the real life of Kirito and the others.
Watching the opening video that was playing at the end, it seemed like there will be a lot of action scenes to look forward to, and I felt like there was quite a bit to attract us.
Finally, some familiar characters enter the battle! (War of Underworld 1st season impressions)
The first season of Sword Art Online Alicization was mainly about Alice, Eugio, and other characters from the Alicization Arc. Although that was fun, from the first episode of War of Underworld, Asuna and other familiar members of the series from previous installments will be joining the game world.
This time around, Asuna is logging in with a pretty intense account called Stacia, the God of Creation, and the effects of each scene are terrific!
The first half of the game was mainly about sword fights, but from now, the story switches from one scene to the next as the powerful battle scenes of many versus many become the highlight. You may have to watch it over and over again to understand some parts of it.
